Soccer Power Rankings and Full Season Projections.

Another international break means its time to update our Power Rankings and full season projections for the top five European soccer leagues.

English Premier League

We are a third of the way through the schedule and just six points separate the top seven teams. Man City and Arsenal top the league with 26 points each but it's City that is projected to take the crown when all is said and done. Defending champions Chelsea have fewer points (11) than matches played (12).

Spanish Primera Division

Fun fact, since its inception in 2013, no Barcelona player has ever won La Liga's Player of the Month award. The team will just have to settle for repeating as Primera Division champs.

Italian Serie A

Reigning Serie A champions, Juventus, have been struggling. Juve only has 16 goals thus far in league play and sits nine points out of first. Despite the slow start, Juventus is still the class of the field. On a more interesting note, PornHub, the adult entertainment website, wants to sponsor a top-flight Italian club.

German Bundesliga

A quick look at the Bundesliga table shows a growing gap between Bayern Munich and the rest of the clubs. Bayern has yet to lose this term and should cruise to another title.

French La Ligue 1

PSG is dominating La Ligue with 35 points in 13 matches. The French champions might have stiffer competition in the future. Cantalonia is attempting to secede from Spain, if that happens, Barcelona has already been offered a spot in Ligue 1. Until that comes to pass, Paris St Germain is the projected champion.
