Who will be the first manager fired in the 2015 MLB season?

Opening Day is in the books and for some clubs the season already looks bleak. If a team doesn't live up to expectations you can't fire the players but as the saying goes, managers are hired to be fired.

Who will be the first manager fired in the 2015 MLB season?

Philadelphia's Ryne Sandberg is the favorite (5/2) to get canned first. The Phillies lost 8-0 in the club's home opener. After finishing last in the NL East in 2014, Philadelphia began the season with the lowest over/under win total in the majors.

The Mets haven't been amazin in sometime. Terry Collins has a record of 305-344 in five years in New York. One more losing season and the Yankees little brother will be looking for a new manager.

Speaking of the Bronx Bombers, Joe Girardi is a relative longshot to be axed at 9/1. The Yanks have missed the playoffs in each of the last two seasons. We expect the Pinstripes to watch the postseason from home again this year.
