Pitchers and catchers will begin reporting for spring training this week, as such, win totals for the 2015 MLB season have been released by the Atlantis Sportsbook in Reno, Nevada.

The Washington Nationals, after landing prized free agent Max Scherzer, have the highest projected season win total at 93 games. Only one other team, the Dodgers (91), is projected to win more than 90 games.

The defending champion San Francisco Giants are listed at 85 games. The World Series champs finished last season with an 88-74 record.

In rebuild mode and after finishing last season sixteen games under .500, the Phillies have the lowest win total, Philadelphia opened at 67 games.

A few teams expected to improve this season are the Cubs and Astros. Chicago's 2014 win total was 65.5, this year the losers on the north side might not be so loveable with a win total of 81.5 in 2015.

Houston, had the lowest win total in each of the last two seasons, including 57.5 in 2014, is expected to play close to .500 ball this summer. The Astros opened at 73.5.
